For Packages:
- Sessions must be scheduled each week.
- Clients may reschedule 24 hours or more in advance of appointment for the same week only or that payment will be deducted.
- Clients will not be refunded for missing their scheduled week.
- All cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS
Example: If your appointment is at 2pm Wednesday, you must cancel before 2pm the day before, Tuesday, in order to receive a refund. If you cancel after 2pm Tuesday, you will not receive a refund.
