About Holiday Special: After Checkout, Louise will call you to schedule your massage. If you'd like to gift one of your massages to someone else, just tell Louise and she will contact them to schedule.

For Individual Sessions- Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance in order to receive a full refund.
- All cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. Example: If your appointment is at 2pm Wednesday, you must cancel before 2pm the day before, Tuesday, in order to receive a refund. If you cancel after 2pm Tuesday, you will not receive a refund.

What is Your Address?
My in-home studio is located in Clairemont on Boone St., San Diego 92117. Because I work out of my home, I do not share my street address on the website. You will be sent the street address after booking.

Do You Offer Mobile Massage?
I only offer mobile massage to clients who are homebound due to serious illness or surgery recovery. Please call me at (619) 786-6070 to book.
What is Your Cancellation Policy? Massage Perfected allows you to cancel service appointments up to 1 day before the start time. You must call to reschedule or cancel this appointment.
By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a fee of $75 should you miss your visit without proper notification. 24 hr prior notification is mandatory.

How Early Before My Appointment Should I Arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time. Please come in the front door and have a seat in the waiting area (living room).
What If I'm Running Late to My Appointment?
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: 15 min past the start of the appointment, client will be charged the full price of the session. The client will have the option to reschedule by paying for another session OR stay and use the remaining time of the session.
What Happens If I Can't Make It to My Scheduled Appointment?
If you do not contact me it will be considered a "No Show", and you will be charged for 100% of your session fee. Please contact me to make a cancellation at least 1 day in advance of appointment time.
About Membership
Massage Perfected now offers a discounted Membership program. Membership includes Two 75-minute massages per month for a discounted rate of $85 each (instead of $99). Members are automatically billed $170 per month. You also receive a free Add-On with your massage!
Memberships require a 3 month commitment. Cancellation requests must be made 30 days before the next billing date.
You can also share your membership with another person, but that person MUST fill out an Intake Form before coming in for their first appointment.
